High-Protein Snacks I Always Have Stocked (All from Aldi)

I hit 130 grams of protein a day with a full-time job and a commute that eats most of my morning and evening. Snacks are not optional in that equation. They're the difference between hitting my goal and falling 40 grams short by 8pm.
Everything on this list is from Aldi. All of it is cheap. None of it requires cooking.
The List
10g per stick
These are the thing I grab when I need protein and I have zero time or zero interest in preparing anything. One stick, 10 grams, done. The grass fed angle is a nice bonus but I buy them because they taste good and they're always in stock.

15g per cup
Vanilla, four-pack, about $4. 15 grams of protein per cup with basically no fat. I eat these straight out of the container. No fruit, no granola, no production. If you track macros this is one of the cleanest snacks on the shelf.

13g per serving
Cottage cheese had a whole moment on social media and then people moved on. I didn't. 13 grams per serving, low fat, pairs with fruit or crackers or nothing. It's been in my fridge consistently for two years.

10g per serving
I use this on wraps, on crackers, or straight out of the bag when I'm standing in the kitchen trying to hit my protein before dinner. 10 grams per serving, low fat, and a pack lasts a week if you're portioning it.

15g per cup
15 grams of protein in something that tastes like dessert. I keep a few in the fridge at all times. It's the snack I reach for when I want something sweet at 9pm and I don't want to blow my macros doing it.

21g per serving
21 grams per serving in a snack that tastes like cheese puffs. The macros on these are hard to beat for something that feels like junk food. I buy these every single Aldi trip.

17g per packet
Highest protein-to-effort ratio on this list. Tear open the packet, eat it with crackers or a fork, 17 grams done. I keep a box of these in my desk at work and in my pantry at home.

18g per bar
This is my commute snack. 18 grams, fits in my bag, doesn't require refrigeration. It tastes like a protein bar, not a candy bar. But it's good enough that I buy them consistently and the macros make it worth it.

11g per wrap
11 grams of protein in a wrap with basically no carbs. I use these with turkey pepperoni and a little cheese for a lunch that takes four minutes to put together. They're in the refrigerated section near the eggs.

What This Looks Like in Practice
If I eat three of these in a day, say the Greek yogurt at breakfast, a tuna packet at lunch, and the protein pudding at night, that's 47 grams of protein from snacks alone before a single meal hits my log. That's not a small number.
The goal isn't to eat all nine of these every day. It's to have enough of them stocked that you always have a fast, high-protein option when a meal falls short or you're running on no time.
The Tools I Use Alongside These
A food scale and a shaker bottle are the two things that make tracking this stuff work. If you want to see what I use, my full list of picks is on the Picks page.
